I believe that Adam deserves all the recognition he can get. Adam is the team player everybody should want. He shows compassion and enthusiasm in every task he accomplishes. He is so selfless and is always willing to walk the extra mile for anybody who is in need of a hand. He has a beautiful soul, and he lets that soul shine so effortlessly when assisting patients. He is the ray of sunshine needed on those cloudy rainy days. You could definitely tell when he is in the room, and he is definitely missed when is not around. He is a great mentor every new nurse deserves. He definitely made my transition as a new nurse less nerve-wracking and more of a wonderful adventure. He is always willing to take anybody under his wings and show them new ways to spread them and a much funnier way of flying. We all need an Adam on our team. Someone who will always remind you why you got into the profession in the first place!
