Adam has handled all our questions and concerns regarding D’s post-transplant. The transplant was done in July 2015. Adam has been there for us from the transplant time and continues to be there. He works to schedule extra appointments as well as coordinating with our doctors at home in North Carolina. Time and distance are handled with utmost care. He has become our friend as well as our nurse.
