I cannot count how many times Adam has made a meaningful difference for myself, KP, and our patients. Although Adam is our Department Manager, make no mistake he is a Nurse first and that is evident on a daily basis in how he approaches/mentors co-workers and myself as well as the care, time, and passion he takes for our patients. I have personally seen with my own eyes countless times Adam has stayed late, come in early for, and or helped a patient on one of their worst days! Adam is always accountable, dependable, and has a wealth of knowledge that we all appreciate. He is the wheel/backbone that makes our department turn and is invaluable to our success!
