My husband was in extreme pain following a major surgery. His pain was uncontrolled and he was miserable. Within 5 min of walking through our door to start caring for my husband, Adam recognized the need for better pain control and contacted the doctor. Relief was on the way! In addition, I believe criteria should also include Patient Advocate. Adam advocated for my husband and it made a huge difference in his recovery.
