Adam is the go-to resource of the MICU. He is always willing to take one for the team and help his fellow nurses. He goes above and beyond for patient safety and care. He is highly observant and thorough which has helped expedite patient recovery many times over! He always educates his patients and families and ensures they are well taken care of and have everything they need during this process. Many times he has sat with patients just to talk when they feel lonely and will take time to explain everything to them when they are scared and unsure of what to expect. Adam is a DAISY Nurse!
