Addison Prevatte, RN

Addison is one of the best nurses I've ever had. Addison was always cheerful and was very helpful. When I needed help, Addison was there willing to assist. She treated me like a family member, was very knowledgeable, and communicated in terms I could understand. Addison is an understanding nurse and needs to be recognized.
