Ade Kumola, Registered Nurse

Ade Kumola is one of the most dedicated nurses I have met. She advocates for the residents of Mary Seacole and is clearly passionate about what she does. Her skills are evident. She is often seen "just finishing something important" after the end of her shift. She guides and supports her colleagues, and she looks after the students - being the student leader. She has a calm and gentle manner, which is most likely appreciated by the residents and their families. Her compassion is evident every day. She sets an example of leadership without a song and dance; she just gets on and does her job. She is a team person, and she commands respect from everyone.
