Adel has been absolutely outstanding in managing the patients in the clinic and treatment rooms of the 11th floor.
He talks to the patients with respect and compassion. He is sensitive to the needs of the patient and explains in detail the clinical findings, medicines, and advice to my Arabic speaking patients. Nurse Adel can find the words to help all patients understand their illness regardless of how complicated. He can provide reassurance for them by his excellent communication and approach.
He is always humble and polite to our patients. Last week we had patient with HYPERBILIRURINAEMIA, unable to explain in English but he communicated in a way that the patient fully understands the situations.
