I worked this night in ER Pediatrics. It was very busy with multiple admits and breathing treatments. I shared a patient with Adel. The patient had autism and asthma. He had a stuffed animal that was losing stuffing. I asked Adel if someone would give the toy some “stitches”. My patient was so happy because Adel took the time to fix it. What great Mercy spirit!
