Adelaide Asher's passion for excellence is a breath of fresh air on our unit. Adelaide is a true example of "I bring my best every day." She is always willing to do what is asked of her even if she is busy at the time. She's a no excuses kind of gal and as a PCF this is greatly appreciated. On the shifts that I work with Adelaide I experience firsthand the core value of deep interdependence in knowing that the patients that are assigned to Adelaide are in good hands and that makes my job a little less hectic. Adelaide's consistent performance is above and beyond what is expected of her and I know it inspires me to do more for our organization on a regular basis.
