Adem cared for my father. Dad passed away this morning at about 4 am. This is from my heart...
Although I never met Adem, he made a huge impact on my heart. Let me start by telling our situation. My parents, due to COVID-19, have been separated for months. Dad was in the assisted living building and Mom is still in the nursing care building and was not able to be with Dad. They have been married for 67 years.
Adem was so concerned and comforting to me, I never felt like I was bothering him and he always took my call or called back immediately. Last night, Adem let us set up a Zoom meeting from Dad's room. While we talked to dad who was unconscious, Adem wiped away Dad's tears and assured us that dad was listening to us.
I can't explain the amount of comfort I felt knowing Adem was with Dad. I feel he was my angel through this most difficult time.
