Excellence is what describes Ms. Ajayi. This nurse leader is always able to reach out to others even when not on call. She is always there to help. I had a situation where she brought both parties, and we explained our differences, and she said no, “We are a team,” and I feel like we all are a team. She understands how hard life is for me at the moment, and she is willing to work with me. She is always ready to lead and has a teamwork approach. She leads by example with a safe practice approach to care.
