From the minute Aderica stepped into this house, she took charge of ensuring my mother got healthy. She was so kind and caring in her demeanor. Aderica was also very knowledgeable in her wound care. The wound was in a very difficult place and needed constant care. She took it upon herself to train FIVE family members on the proper wound dressing change. Aderica was available by phone when we had questions or concerns. She answered texts and kept the family informed, even when she didn’t need to do so. She was serious about helping mom heal and yet kept it light and humorous, so we didn’t take it too seriously. We thought we could harm mom, but Aderica assured us that we could do as good a job as she could. That is what makes a good trainer! Nurse, teacher, hard-working, compassionate person… that is Aderica! We can never thank her enough!
