Adette Umali, RN, BSN

Adette is a dedicated charge nurse that has worked on 6W for 15 years. She has all the qualities expected in a charge nurse and remains a true role model for her team. Her nomination detailed her servant leadership style, professionalism, compassion, problem-solving skills, knowledge, efficiency, respect for others, honesty, and great customer care. Above all things, Adette has the drive to help everyone – patients, families, her staff, providers, and other disciplines. When Adette is around the unit is harmonious despite the chaos. She is a patient safety champion and Alexian Brothers is lucky to have her leading our team.
