Adorian has been an RN for over 25 years, 11 of which I have had the pleasure to work alongside her. She is an exceptional nurse, who shows compassion and professionalism at all times. A true example of a patient advocate, who never hesitates to go above and beyond to make sure patients receive the best possible care.
Adorian has a great sense of humor, putting smiles on faces all around her. She never seems to get ruffled with the hectic past of the unit. She has the remarkable ability to make stressful times bearable, not only for patients and family members but, co-workers, too!
Adorian is a joy to be around with a positive attitude that is contagious. She treats all patients with respect no matter their behavior or level of confusion. Adorian does a lot behind the scenes to build unit morale and create a positive team spirit. She not only has a special heart for her patients but also her coworkers and organization.
