Adreanne is in a middle leadership role and has exhibited excellent leadership qualities. She has been described as "an exceptional person" who always puts patients' needs before her own. She is "energetic and uplifting" and has a very positive impact on the morale of the department. The specific instance in which she went above and beyond involved her own personal injury. She was "clearly in pain, but did not go home. Adreanne taped an ice pack on, took some Advil, and stayed at work". This was done during a time the department was very shorthanded. She is always working to find creative and new ways to address issues on the unit. She has the utmost respect from her co-workers and physicians.
