Adrian is an amazing nurse, and when I was drowning in office things to do, she stepped up and completed all of the oncology stuff and did everything we needed to do for CEs for the class. We now offer 6 CEs for the oncology class. Without her doing all the work, this would not have been possible. It's what a true educator does.
