We know that Adrian has done a lot. He is always looking for ways to improve patient care. He has been very helpful with the implementation of the Ava Sure sitter system. He had an idea to create yellow "flags" that magnetize to the patient's doorway so that to the clinical staff the fall risk patients are easily identified without worry that other people know what we are saying. He is always finding ways to make the staff that he is working with laugh. He answers the call light frequently to assist the patients on the unit. He is a good leader and a great motivator.
