Adrian was amazing with our son who was in the NICU. He made sure he communicated everything that was needed for our son to be safe and well cared for during his shift. Adrian made us feel comfortable caring for our son and answered our many questions. If he didn’t have an answer, he found the right person to get us answers. He was outstanding with care, especially with the skin condition that our son is dealing with currently. Out of all the nurses we had, we were most comfortable with Adrian caring for our son. He outshined everyone that we met during his stay. Adrian deserves to be recognized for his outstanding skills, communication, and collaboration with doctors, dermatology, etc.
