Adriana Diaz, BSN, RN

I would like to recognize Adriana Diaz because she consistently goes above and beyond for both her patients and coworkers. Adriana shows compassion, kindness, and professionalism in every interaction. She always makes her patients feel heard, comforted, and cared for during some of their most difficult moments. 

What stands out most about Adriana is her willingness to help others no matter how busy she is. She is a true team player who supports everyone around her and creates a positive environment on her unit. Her calm demeanor, strong work ethic, and genuine compassion make a lasting impact on both patients and staff. 

Adriana represents what nursing should be. She provides exceptional care while treating every patient with dignity and empathy. Her dedication does not go unnoticed, and she is truly deserving of recognition through the DAISY Award.
