Beyond a kind staff of nurses at the VA Outpatient Clinic Laredo, Adriana is very special. Health problems have been a daily battle on every level for me. Yet throughout my storm of pain, she is the nurse who always manages to give me her undivided attention. She is very thorough when it comes to her work and diligent for the protocol. As she takes her notes, she ensures to communicate directly with the physician on duty about all my symptoms.
I'll never forget the time she navigated into the Army Health System to search doctor's notes from 2015. That was very impressive! In other words, she does whatever possible to genuinely help the veterans. I simply want to say "thank you" to her and to all the nurses in the VA Health Care. I know she would say she was just doing her job, but to me her dedication is special.
