I felt all alone there with no family and she comforted me and made me feel comfortable. She checked on me constantly and she accommodated me with things I asked for and things she couldn't she came back and explained why. She made me feel like she was my daughter I never had but wish I did. She made sure I had the snacks. She helped me wash up and change clothes after an accident. She gave me the best service from her heart and she has a beautiful heart. After I was moved to another room she came and checked on me and brought me a hot cheese toast. She is definitely a keeper with a genuine heart
