There weren’t a lot of nurses able to make it in, but Adrianna was there taking care of people.
I want to acknowledge and thank Adrianna for being a professional and highly competent team player in the Intensive Care Unit. When she responds to emergencies, her communication skills immediately help with the situation instead of making the situation more chaotic. I have asked Adrianna to assist with IV starts and she always comes with a smile and gets the job done.
Recently, I called Adrianna and asked for emergent help for a patient seizing and with a difficult airway. She gathered the necessary staff, and they were at the bedside in just a few minutes. The patient was stabilized quickly – thank you for that.
I have known Adrianna for many years, and she has always been a great person to work with. Knowing I can call her, and she will do whatever is necessary to assist, is an amazing comfort. Thank you for being an incredible person to work with.
I see Adrianna growing into a leadership position in Legacy Health and I am glad to see that. Nurses like Adrianna assist with patient movement between departments and lessen pushback with admissions. I look forward to working with Adrianna in the upcoming years.

The roads were so icy. There weren’t a lot of nurses able to make it in, but Adrianna was there taking care of people. She said her patients were such a priority to her that she didn’t go home the night before; she slept at the hospital because she knew weather conditions were going to tank and she wouldn’t risk not being able to make it to the hospital to take care of her patients. She was so cheerful and kind!
