Adrianna is always outgoing and willing to help any and everyone she comes in contact with. She is someone who you truly enjoy working with. Even when she is having a hard night, she makes sure to keep a smile on her face and make sure that her patients are cared for to the best of her ability. If an emergency comes up with another patient that is not hers, she will tend to that patient as if they are hers.

For instance, I had a patient with low oxygen vitals and even though she wasn't the nurse for that patient, she stopped by and asked what I needed and how she could help me. She then got a nasal cannula, and hooked the patient up to the oxygen, and waited in the room with me until her rating went back up to normal. Adrianna always puts others before herself. 

Adrianna is a great role model and is someone whom many of our team members look up to and respect. She is a great leader in many ways. One thing you can always count on her for is to turn a tough situation into a better situation. As a patient, she helps make sure they feel comfortable by asking her for anything they may have a concern with or might need. She always takes the time out of her night to sit with her patients to bond with them, no matter how busy she might be. As a tech working with her, she makes you feel welcome and not afraid to ask her for help or ask questions. She has shown me that anything is possible if you set yourself to it. I hope to be the nurse that she is one day.
