AdriAnne Pennington, RN, BSN
Not only does AdriAnne do a wonderful job of teaching and assisting, but she also makes you feel confident in yourself! Despite meetings and office work, she always puts her staff and patient care first. She sets a strong leadership example of teamwork, and I know I could always depend on her to help when it’s needed. She has good and strong values, she acts based on what she believes in, and demonstrates the values she expects from her staff. She gives great advice for complex situations, is compassionate, and is always willing to go above and beyond for her staff and patients.

AdriAnne has a passion for evidence-based care and she is always ready to jump in and help staff on the floor. She is never quick to judge, seeing only the best in people, and is honestly invested in the success of those around her. Every week we receive an update on new policies and things going on in the hospital and unit. As a night-shifter, this helps me stay in the “loop.” I cannot say enough about how extraordinary Adrianne is as a manager.
