During FY 2015, we, as a perioperative care group transitioned the care of preoperative patients to one location on Tower 3. Adrienne Flint, has been exemplary, not only with her clinical care, but has led by example with regards to establishing all of Einstein's GPS goals. Each and every one of her patients leaves our unit with a smile on their face. Her care has always been excellent, but taking ownership and accountability during the implementation of our standards of behavior truly sets this nurse apart from her colleagues.Adrienne maintains a confident calmness in all situations. The more challenging the encounter the better she performs. My impressions are shared by physicians, nurses, clerks and attendants. She is respectful to all and treats each patient as if they are family. I am proud to work with Adrienne every day.
