Adrienne Janzen, RN

Adrienne’s compassion and dedication truly touched our family during our father’s final days. Beyond consistently checking in, making sure he was comfortable, she made sure we were okay, too. Her kindness did not go unnoticed. One moment that specifically stood out to us was when she noticed how much we played country music for our dad. Wanting to keep that comfort going even in our absence at night, she called her boyfriend to help troubleshoot and find a way to keep the music playing for him. That small act of thoughtfulness meant the world to us. She also called to reassure me that he was in good hands when I had to leave for the night. Adrienne’s gentle spirit, attention to detail, and genuine care made a lasting impact on our family. She embodies what the DAISY Award represents.
