From the moment my mom arrived after midnight, Adrienne provided her with exceptional care. She jumped right into action and got her situated and retrieved her many necessary medicines. She made sure she was comfortable and even went to find her some dinner since she hadn't eaten due to being in the ER for several hours.
She went above and beyond making sure we had everything we needed. She came back and checked on the IV which was not always flowing freely. She was friendly and compassionate even with all the many tasks she had to do for my mom. She showed urgency in every task which was helpful considering the late hour. Adrienne should be commended for her great service, caring, and showing dignity to her patients. We appreciated it!
