My Mom was in Huggins for a femur fracture. She is 92 and has dementia, but she has a lovely disposition. Adrienne made her feel at home – ensured she made her laugh, smile and feel at ease. They could not operate on my mom, Adrienne quickly helped us understand next steps – explained the options, staff who could discuss the transfer and “comfort care” assistance when I inquired. Having such a solid professional who was always present and gracious with their time during this difficult time was invaluable!
