Agnes is my preceptor, and she welcomed me with warmth, patience, and encouragement. Her dedication to teaching and her passion for nursing really inspired me. She created a safe, supportive learning environment. Her kindness towards patients and staff truly embodies what it means to be a compassionate nurse.
