Agnes was fantastic. What was an extremely stressful time for me, was made so much better because of Agnes. I have a long history of heart trouble. When I found out I might have to face a redo open-heart surgery or another stent, I was very stressed out. From the moment I was put into the care of Agnes I was calmed down. She did everything right. She explained everything she was doing with me as well as including my wife and son. She prepared me for the Cath lab. I was very happy that she said she would take care of me after the Cath lab provided all went well. Lucky for me, it all went great. No blockage and I was put back into the care of Agnes. She is very caring, compassionate and truly made me feel as if I was her only concern. Swedish is blessed to have a loving, compassionate nurse. Her skills and attitude made my day so much better. She really is a wonderful nurse and anyone who she cares for is lucky! I have had numerous nurses throughout my many years as a patient. Agnes stood out. She is one of the best I've had. She did everything right. With much thanks for your great care Agnes—you Rock!
