Agnes is amazing. Patients and their families are her priority as she works to make them comfortable and feel safe. Agnes insures that the staff have the resources they need for every case. She has been instrumental in ensuring staff is trained and prepared for the new procedures initiated at New York Presbyterian Hudson Valley Hospital so that each patient receives the best care. Agnes takes on the responsibility to ensure that all new staff feel welcomed and supported.
