Being asked to charge was a wonderful but scary experience. I was nervous about stepping into the leadership role and doing a good job. Agnes made my first shift go so well. She was right there to offer advice or just listen when I needed her. She was exactly what I needed at such a nerve-racking time. I was able to embrace my new role with the encouragement she offered. I can't express how thankful I am for her.
