November 2025 Honoree
Agnes Ririmasse, S. Kep, NERS
I don't remember her name well, but I remember her as a nurse who wanted to have an IV because my IV was swollen. We chatted, but before the IV was put in, I was too depressed and stressed with my condition that was not improving. I was very frustrated because of that; this was my first time in Bali, and the first day I had to be hospitalized. We had met several times, but that night I cried, and she calmed me down. She told me I reminded her of her mother, encouraged me, and was willing to talk to me. It was very helpful; indirectly, I was also supported emotionally to get through this difficult time.
Thank you, Agnes, for your exceptional compassion, advocacy, and dedication to your patients. You truly make a difference.
