As a foreigner, falling ill and having to remain in an unfamiliar and dire situation is frightening and bewildering. Mr. Ayoub’s attentiveness to the customer, his attention to detail, and his ability to provide creative solutions to difficult problems provided my family with peace of mind and a great personalized solution.
I would like to thank Ahmed Ayoub, case manager, for his great help to my husband and me. Since we came here to Abu Dhabi from USA going to China, many times we got his help.
I went to the embassy; he asked for a taxi for me and gave the driver his phone number in case I needed his help. He has tried hard to arrange for us to go back to China; he let me use his phone to call the bank in China many times in order to have funds for going back to China.
This time, with his help, we will go back to China in a few days. He is busy every day getting in touch with the people concerned. He has arranged with an escorting company to take us to pass the customs. He is a kind and nice man and always likes to help others, so my husband and I like him very much, and we would like to say this again, thank you, Ahmed Ayoub, we will never forget you for your great help.

I am writing on behalf of my family to express my sincere appreciation for Mr. Ahmed Yahya Ayoub’s hard work and dedication in helping my father return to China. He had worked above and beyond to provide support for my family during this difficult time.
My father was sent to Sheikh Shakhbout Medical City by Etihad Airways due to severe breathing difficulty following a layover in Abu Dhabi en route to China. He was later diagnosed with a neuromuscular disease that confined him to the use of a ventilator. Following many months of excellent medical care from the caring medical staff at Sheikh Shakhbout, he was finally able to transfer to a local hospital in China.
Mr. Ayoub provided reasonable and feasible options for transferring my father on a commercial airliner. He helped us contact the Chinese Embassy at Abu Dhabi to solve an expired passport issue. He found a medical transfer company with reasonable expenses. He also facilitated between my family and the medical transfer company to collect all the documents for a smooth transfer. We had problems providing an acceptance letter from the receiving hospital to the airline due to the hospital’s policy issue. Mr. Ayoub worked with the medical transfer company to issue a clarification letter explaining the difficult situation and assurance from the receiving hospital for acceptance. My father arrived in Beijing safe and sound in October, 150 days later.
Mr. Ayoub was a joy to work with because of his enduringly positive attitude and deep understanding of customers’ needs.
