Ai Vo, RN

This is my 5th cycle of chemotherapy treatment at Kaiser. This letter is to express my gratitude to one of the nurses. Her name is Ai. Not only her name means "love" in Chinese, she also shows great love for her patients. First, she's very experienced and proficient, and we feel reassured whenever she is around. Secondly, she's quite thoughtful and pays attention to every detail. Ai's patient and explains to us the function and side effects of each medication. She's also particularly proactive whenever I need help. She'll come to my room as soon as possible to settle the problem, whether she is in charge of my ward or not. She's always ready to help the patient and her colleagues. My treatment has been very smooth, owing to the love and hard work of the nurses like Ai. I'm very grateful for her efforts in taking care of me, and her enthusiasm for work will inspire me in my future work. Thank you, Ai!
