Thank you to Nurse Aicca for standing by me during a critical time in the emergency department. Despite the difficult circumstances I was facing before being admitted to the intensive care unit, she showed true compassion, care, and tenderness. She was incredibly patient, answered all my questions, and supported me without a single complaint or sign of frustration. I stayed in the emergency room for more than eight hours, and throughout that time, Aicca met all my needs with a beautiful spirit and unwavering dedication.
