Aida was very knowledgeable and understanding. She was very flexible and easy going especially as I came in with a lot of pain and nausea. She was very patient regarding my hesitation to use the NG tube. When I decided to use it, she was very caring and professional in how she administered it.
In addition, her attitude was very positive and upbeat. This helps so much when you're fairly immobilized for days on end. I appreciated the brief bits of conversation that made all the difference and lifted my spirits.
