I was admitted through the ER. Aiko’s attention seemed extraordinary, her attitude is great, she informed me about my care, she has dedicated attention to my medication routine, she has a good relationship and communication with co-workers as well as with the patients, and she has a cheerful smile but at the same time very responsible in her work. She made me feel that she cared when she would say goodbye before going home, reaffirming that on Monday she would be back to continue taking care of me. She ensured that the staff assigned to me would take good care of me and help me very much. That let me know that it was personal for her and clearly that helped my speedy recovery.
