Nurse Aikta Jabeen showed extraordinary compassion and professionalism during my friend's surgery. We were struggling with the language barrier (we only speak Chinese), which made the hospital experience frightening and confusing. Nurse Aiktha stepped in as a guiding light. She was incredibly friendly, taking the time to explain every detail of the surgery.
Her warmth was transformative; when she held my hand, I felt my intense anxiety immediately settle. She oriented me to the room with a smile and constantly assured me, making me feel happy and safe. Nurse Aiktha is truly a professional angel, and I consider her a sister. She has been consistently available and helpful, telling me to contact her anytime with concerns. Her kindness and commitment to patient comfort are exceptional.
