Aileen is the best mood maker on our unit. She is warm, friendly, yet professional attitude as key in patient care. Being approachable all the time ... is expected but not always easy ... but Eileen makes open communication easier for all of us. She treats each patient as if they are her only one and always includes family members in her care plan and teaching.
