I have been in a hospital almost every day since April 2021. With many scary issues and no family. During the confusion of COVID and having Myasthenia Gravis as well as dealing with injuries from a domestic violence nightmare, RNs have become my angels on earth to pull me from near death. 

I have had many faces, names, and healing hands blur together; just as sure as we blue together for them. Once in a blue moon, an RN angel stands head and shoulders above the rest. That in every way is Aileen.

Your hospital is blessed to have her on your staff as a part of your team. A true asset in every sense of the word. Bedside manner could not be better. She is kind and reassuring. She is very involved with the treatment of those put in her charge. 

She was able to advocate on my behalf when I was unable to do so for myself. Always remembered to bring my concerns to docs when I would forget my questions and explain what I couldn’t understand. She multitasks like a champ, has amazing problem-solving skills, is highly intelligent, motivated to get things done. 

She has found her true calling and journey in life. I pray this job doesn’t ever burn her out because there are so few that possess all the gifted talents that come so very naturally to her. My hope is she is recognized by this hospital for her energy and efforts. She adds so much every day she steps foot in the building. That she is given a platform, a place to go far and fulfill her destiny.

I will keep her in my prayers and heart for a long time to come. She is absolutely amazing, and my short summary does not do justice to her soul.
