Aileen Juanillo, RN
Aileen Juanillo has been with Encompass Healthcare for a little over two years. She exhibits greatness when it comes to being a nurse. Aileen puts the CPR in comfort, professionalism, and respect. To define her as a nurse would be:
N: Nurturing. Aileen takes her time with her patients. She likes to provide patient-centered care to all her patients equally. She focuses on them as a whole and gets them involved in their goal process to be ready for discharge.
U: Unique. Aileen is unique and loved by everyone. Not everyone can be a nurse, but God chose her. She is a modern-day Florence Nightingale.
R: Resilience. Aillen can overcome any obstacle, conform to new policies and procedures without complaints or hesitation, and often go above and beyond. Her patients have praised Aileen for making them feel comfortable and maintaining their dignity.
S: Sincere. Aileen is very sincere with patients and co-workers. She genuinely cares about everyone's well-being and ensures that her patient's safety comes first. She is knowledgeable in many aspects of nursing.
E: Ethical. Aileen represents behavior that pertains to her principles and morals of right and wrong. She does this by exhibiting positive cultural humility. She respects all her patients by treating them professionally but caringly.
