Aileen Lim, RN

My mom was very sick with pneumonia and a broken wrist. The first night, we left her in Aileen's hands. The following morning, my mom told us Aileen had given her a bath and a back rub! As an old-school nurse, I thought those days were long gone from my parents’ prior stays at other hospitals. On top of that, Mom said Aileen brought her freshly brewed coffee to start the day…how thoughtful and a great example of how little things make such a big difference. She went above and beyond, all with such a loving attitude. Mom was fortunate to have Aileen as her nurse for the next two nights, and we always left knowing she was in great hands. Many thanks to Aileen and all the nurses and staff on the 4th floor, who, without exception, were caring, responsive, and professional at all times.
