Aileen went above and beyond this afternoon, when it appeared there was a problem with the plumbing in my mother's room. "The problem" was occurring in the floor below. She advocated, due her fragile state, to not move her into a different room. She then made sure the work area was zip walled and then took her phone out and turned music on for my mother, creating a diversion and relaxing her. Aileen really deserves this DAISY Award.
