From the moment Aileen walked into my room she was bright, positive and caring. She listened carefully to my needs. I felt an immediate confidence in her knowledge as my nurse. I had many concerns about my care until that point that were not addressed. She reassured me that she was there for me and not to worry. Aileen continued to ask if I was comfortable and if I needed anything. She explained my medication and my care plan very specifically and articulated what I was to do at home. I hope she is my nurse when I return in two weeks for my next surgery. Please recognize her stellar care in the medical profession that she so expertly exudes for your hospital.
