Aileen did all of the ordinary things extraordinarily well. I really don’t like hospitals and was very nervous about my green laser treatment. However right from the time I arrived and Aileen accompanied me to my room, explained exactly what was going to happen, and told me not to hesitate to contact her if I had any concerns or requests, I felt at home. Great facilities are important but there is nothing more comforting than a warm smile, a kind word, and the confidence that those around you are completely focused on your wellbeing. Eileen has that special caring quality that sets her apart and makes my experience as pleasant as it could be. I am really grateful for her kindness and support.
