Ailon is a steady and reliable presence in our unit, offering strong support even during the most hectic and high-pressure situations. He creates a calm and structured environment that allows staff to thrive, patients to feel safe, and care to remain the top priority, no matter how busy things get.
He maintains an open-door policy and is always approachable and understanding. Whether a staff member needs guidance, encouragement, or simply someone to listen, Ailon is there. His hands-on leadership style sets him apart—he’s not afraid to roll up his sleeves and help with whatever needs to be done, even tasks like cleaning the unit when necessary. That level of care and humility does not go unnoticed.

I would like to nominate our Nurse Supervisor/Manager, Ailon, for the DAISY Nurse Leader Award. Ailon is the kind of leader who truly makes a difference—not only in the lives of our patients but also in the way he inspires his team every single day.
He is compassionate, approachable, dependable, and always willing to lend a hand. Whether it's jumping in to support staff during a busy shift, providing guidance during tough situations, or simply checking in to make sure everyone is doing okay, Ailon’s presence is always reassuring.
