Ailyn is so special to me because she not only does her work diligently but also is very willing to help every step of the way.
When a chaotic situation went out of hand, she jumped off to the situation and made it less complicated and less overwhelming.  I witnessed this firsthand.
She is kind, caring, and compassionate – the epitome of what a good and deserving nurse should be.
