I'm sure Aimee is like this with every patient. It's just her nature and she is extraordinary in every way. I thank God for giving her to me and my husband, and all of her patients. My husband came into your hospital with bronchitis and a cough that was so horrible that I could hardly bear to listen to him. He was miserable and exhausted. We were brought up to our room and that is where we were blessed with an angel. Right away, she cleaned him up. He is incontinent and has Alzheimer's. She was so kind, patient, and sweet to him. I have never seen this kind of care. She did everything just right to make him comfortable and was so gentle. He was very restless so she called the doctor and got him Ativan and more cough medicine. She was so patient to use the machine to get all the mucus out of his throat. It was amazing to see her at work with him. Finally, he settled down with the Ativan and went to sleep peacefully. I can't tell you how grateful I was to see him so much better as I was so scared for him. I give Aimee the credit for his fast recovery. She knew what to do, was so professional, and I fell in love with her and told her the next morning that she was the most awesome nurse in the universe and I meant it! Thank you so much for Aimee!
